Eoin Morgan - The Dangerous Left-Handed Batsman
The outstanding southpaw was born on 10 September 1986 in Dublin. His father, Jody Morgan, used to play for Rush Cricket Club and was the Third XI captain. He represented Ireland youth team and was capped at Under-13, Under-15 and Under-17 level and became Ireland's youngest senior international player. He was then selected in the Irish under-19 squad for the 2004 Under-19 Cricket World Cup and was also the top run-scorer in the competition for Ireland Team. After two years, he was made the captain of Ireland Under-19 squad for the 2006 World Cup, where he was the second-highest run-scorer. Morgan has also played for Finchley CC and is also the leading run-scorer in the Under-19 Cricket World Cup history with an aggregate of 606 runs.

All these knocks bode well for England’s future.

During that time, the England team went through a very rough phase, losing many matches and didn't even qualify for the 2015 World Cup playoffs. This is when this dynamic captain took over with his fearless attitude and made a new team with young, talented players and it paid off. Morgan also led the team in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup, which they won by beating New Zealand in the finals.
This match was played at Lord's in London on 14 July 2019. it was an edge-of-the-seat thriller, both teams finishing at 241 by the end of the game.
